So here's what I have done so far in regimenting my workout, hopefully I will be able to do all of this, if not I will by the end of the semester.
Workout Regime
Sunday - Thursday
1 Hr.
Rotations: 3
Push-ups - five sets of 20 (Reg., triangle, plyometric, offsets)
Pull - ups - five sets of 10 (Wide, Parallel, Regular, Parallel, Wide)
Frenchies - 10 reps
90 degrees to elbows - five sets of 20
Bicycle Supline - 30 at 3 reps
Plank Lock-offs - 5 second holds, 3 positions, 10 times.
Total:
310 push-ups
180 pull-ups
That's it for now, I will eventually be editing and adding/subtracting things as I get in better shape. (Big props to Marc Perry from built lean.com for much of the inspiration) I hope to get a TRX suspension trainer sometime to add to my workout.
The only real thing I've been having problems with is my eating......I'm very much a compulsive eater, like today for instance, they had strawberry shortcake, and strawberries just so happen to be my weakness.......so i had to indulge in a large portion. and I eat constantly and never seem to be filling my appetite. So we'll give it some more work, now that I have everything else figured out.......
